We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Xcapa. By using the Service, you grant Xcapa permission to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees

Some features may require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

5. Service Availability

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xcapa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Xcapa in the 12 months before the claim.
